Even with their close proximity, Glen Ellyn & Wheaton are distinctly unique places,
each with their own special charm. A few of my favorites…

Wheaton French Market: My weekly stops include these stands: Rustic Road Farm for veggies, fresh eggs and amazing nitrate-free bacon. Heritage Farms for microgreens, arugula, fresh honeycomb and radishes. Hahn’s Bakery for warm donuts for the kiddos! Note: the Market is open year round - check wheaton.il.us for schedules and locations.
Wheaton Meat Co: Truly an old school butcher shop, with exceptional quality and amazing service. They make several types of homemade sausage each week, and the incredibly tender chicken chicken is delivered fresh every day. Their “ultimate burger grind patties” are literally the ultimate.
County Farm Bagels: Family owned shop that bakes fresh New York-style bagels throughout the day. I promise that you will be greeted with a smile every time you enter the shop.
Gia Mia: Wood oven pizza, fresh small plates, pasta dishes and salads.
Moveable Feast + Co: Fresh healthy offerings - my favorites are the market plate and the figgy green salad. They also offer as an extensive variety of to-go items and baked goods that change on a daily basis.
Marek Ashley Salon: Marek is a master hair stylist and I have been going to him for years! Carli is all about color and you will love her. Laura - she's got your brows covered. The hip environment makes the experience complete.

Marché: Great spot to catch up with besties over a glass of wine and some cheese. I also love that you can try new wines before buying them. Their cheese boards are so downright artful and impressive for any occasion.
Marcel’s Culinary Experience: As you know, cooking is my passion, and when I enter Marcel’s I feel like a kid in a candy store. They sell the best of the best across the board! Knowledgeable staff will help you make right selections. I have never bought anything at Marcel’s that I haven't loved.
M and Em’s: Perfect spot for a unique gift. Kids, adults, jewelry, fun clothing - one stop shopping here! Best of all, they wrap your gifts for you!
Fuschia: Make sure you bring a friend with you to this shop....you will want everything! Ashlee Rooney, the owner, has exceptional taste. Looking for a perfect outfit for a special occasion? You will for sure find it at Fuschia.
Fire & Wine: This restaurant has been one of my favorites since they opened their doors. Consistent quality and great service! Love the grilled romaine, and their linguine and clam sauce when they have it is devine (wink, wink - please add it back to the menu, Chef!).
